The location is lovely and gardens and fish ponds are divine. Great brekkie.
Lots of activities booked out and the dudes in the pool bar - we’re not as great as the rest of the staff. Only thing is it isn’t really actually in Ubud. In bad traffic about 1 hour away. Lovely village though.

All aspects of our stay. The staff, the surroundings, the quality of service and the restaurant food and service.
The only aspect of the property that was unfortunate was the time it took to get to the property from the airport and the time it took to get to Ubud town centre for shopping. Other than that it was perfect,

Amazing experience! Everything was superb. The rooms, facilities, and overall service were outstanding. The staff deserves a 10+ rating for their friendliness and professionalism. Highly recommended!
The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a more diverse selection of traditional local dishes. Everything else was excellent.
