Always an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious rooms, extremely helpful staff. Great food. And of course the elephant experiences.
The hotel had to react to the government disallowing elephant rides, and they added several new experiences.
A few things such as the light switches, AC control etc. are a bit aged by now, but that doesn't take away from the overall top rating.

I cannot say enough good things about this place.
Put it on your Bali must do list, especially if you are a lover of elephants, conservation and best practices in hospitality.
Canis and her staff couldn't be more helpful, the food was great and the gardens exquisite.
