Excellent air conditioning! Clean room with thoughtful gifts like a bottle of prosecco, free drinks in the fridge and toiletries. Staff was very responsive and friendly. Perfect location and right across the street from a great restaurant Due Fratelli.

Nice big Clean Room, was an issue getting in the front door to access our room to start with, after two long flights and a stressful journey was not expected! Then the next day the card to get into property again would not work, Thank God for Whats App and quick communication, this was quickly sorted! Would stay here again, location was great and close to many cafes and bars etc. Nice touch with drinks in the fridge and a bottle of bubbles from our host too, Thank you Samantha 😊

The location was great, we took the Alilaguna to Guglie and the walk to the hotel, even with bags, was a breeze. The buzzer at the door isn’t super clear that it’s for Antigo Portego but we buzzed the top button and we got connected and allowed in without issue. Samantha was communicative and met us in the entry then directed us to our room. There are not a ton of extras at this hotel but we were out and about all day so the room just needed to be clean, comfortable, and quiet — which it absolutely was. Would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Felt like everywhere in Venice was very close and walkable and I would say it took us about 15/20 min to get to the Rialto Bridge and Market and maybe another 10 minutes to get to the Basilica area from the hotel so things felt close but we weren’t in the thick of it when we wanted to come home.
