    The hotel Location is great if you are visiting Cebu IT park for a Business trip The rooms are fairly clean and tidy. But needs to upkeep the facilities. My stay there the TV could not connect to network so I could not use it. The staff is okay but there is only a few interaction Value for money is so-so it could be cheaper as by a few hundred pesos

    Really disappointing I have been booking this a few times now and just recently I booked and they gave me the room 304. CR has a sliding door but it is not working its really difficult to close the door and it gets easily flooded when we use the shower. The sink was a problem as well it wouldnt open even if I tried opening it . So we had no choice but to not use it and use the potty instead when we brush or wash our teeth and face. This is really disappointing. You did not even bother checking the room if it was okay and everything works. This is a disgrace of a room and of a hotel! Dont play with me I messaged you and you just wanted for us to cooperate how do we do that you cant expect every person who books your hotel has the time to exchange messages to change our rooms I highly doubt that you would even change our rooms! I expected a room that was ready for use and you gave us the worst room!
