Close to restaurants and not far from main areas
Could have done with a little more security as in an elevator key fob system as well as the key to the room. Currently anyone can go onto each floor

Easy plane to stay in a great location. Excellent communication with the owner and they were very helpful in assisting me with storing my luggage. Comfortable, clean unit with quick access to malls, restaurants, etc. Incredible views of the hills above Cebu.
Ant issue but I think that's fairly common in the Philippines.
