This is my first time the philippines and the first place I stayed. I'm in american as an american you have to get used to how small things are here and it's pretty typical throughout southeast asia for things just to be much smaller. Once you can get past that i really enjoyed my stay here for three reasons:
1. Dislocation was excellent for me i was right down the street from a sports complex which had a weight room a yoga room a pickle ballroom and more rooms that i didn't get a chance to go to. If you take a right from the sports complex you get to see all the street vendors and you could buy use clothes deep fried food who knows what the actual food is if you take a left you go to a huge mall with all name brand places and you can buy things new there also the mall gets free wi-fi.
2. This stamp here is available 24/7 and a very friendly and helpful.
3. It's a very good deal for the price period this is a no frills place it doesn't have a pool or anything but as i said you're just one block away from laundry sports complex name brand stuff or local vendors.

Check-in at Anri Pension House isn’t my first time, I’ve stayed here almost 10 times because of its location and affordable price. However, during our recent stay on March 30, we had an unpleasant experience with the staff.
On our first day, around 3 PM, the receptionist was not accommodating and was constantly on her phone. We tried to approach her politely, but she was unfriendly and sometimes did not respond properly. I also spoke to her over the phone in a respectful manner, but her tone came across as rude and unprofessional.
I hope management can address this, as good customer service is essential especially for a front desk role. The only one who's more accommodating and friendly is si MANONG GUARD!!
