Check-in at Anri Pension House isn’t my first time, I’ve stayed here almost 10 times because of its location and affordable price. However, during our recent stay on March 30, we had an unpleasant experience with the staff.
On our first day, around 3 PM, the receptionist was not accommodating and was constantly on her phone. We tried to approach her politely, but she was unfriendly and sometimes did not respond properly. I also spoke to her over the phone in a respectful manner, but her tone came across as rude and unprofessional.
I hope management can address this, as good customer service is essential especially for a front desk role. The only one who's more accommodating and friendly is si MANONG GUARD!!
