立地、環境、静かでした。清掃も行き届いてます。
お湯の水圧が弱い、洗濯機を使うと水漏れする、流しの排水が良くない。などがありました。

One of the quietest places I have encountered in the Philippines. I was really grateful to get some good time of rest and sleep during day and night after getting blasted with music bass almost everywhere else for several weeks. I didn't even hear any neighbours. It was super clean. Very comfortable. Even though a bit small, the kitchen was really well equipped with modern appliances. It was the first place which had a can opener. AC worked very well. Very friendly communication with host.
I didn't like the long and somewhat unfriendly check-in at the building reception, having to provide unnecessary details on a pad. And then writing some of them down again. There is a washing machine, but I didn't see any possibility to hang clothes to dry.

I had the best few days of rest here! Super comfortable apartment and fully stocked with everything one could possibly need.
