The place was FULL of cockroaches it was disgusting I have stayed in many similar condos and never had that before. The staff did not know what room or floor I was on and OYO never mentioned it. It was an effort to get the right information. There was no bathroom mats so getting out the shower was dangerous as it was slippery. The place stank of damp as well I would not recommend anyone stay there

This is not a hotel, it is real estate investment small condo rooms inside of a condominium tower. There is no hotel staff or amenities whatsoever to clean the room and change the sheets/towels. The front desk workers work for the condo tower and not OYO. They message the condo owner on a cell phone but will not give you the owners contact number and will ask you to take pictures of the contact info but no name is given. They to do not provide you with the wifi password, digital lock combination to get in room and nobody to contact when anything in the room messes up. The entire thing is a scam because the owner doesn’t want to list these rentals on *** so as to not pay the fees to the company, instead they list it as a hotel on google and agoda so they can charge you hotel rates for an *** rental which is MUCH cheaper forcing the guest to pay for all clean up costs including laundry and supplies. The rooms are located on the highest floors of the building from the 26th floor-31st floor of which is an absolute safety hazard as i personally experienced 2 days after checking out, the area was hit with a 7.2 magnitude earthquake shockwave and all buildings were shaking. It can take up to 10 minutes to reach the lobby due to the condo tower having so many residents, *** renters, language school student housing, fake hotel listing guests. It can also take up to 10 minutes to get from the lobby up to the top floors. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !
