    The good, the meh and the ugly. THE GOOD: Great location (short walk to IT park, as well as 7-11 and restaurants of all sorts) and clean place. Nothing to say about that. THE MEH: The gym and the pool are pretty small and not particularly well kept. There is a cheap gym across the road that can accommodate fitness needs, if you are not too picky with cleanliness and crowds. Frequent blackouts and very slow elevators slightly affect the experience negatively, especially, if, like me, you need to work from your room and need internet. Annoying, but nothing terrible. THE UGLY: I was very disappointed by the final interaction. During checkout, the staff member claimed there were blood stains on my linen in the past days, I was therefore charged 500PHP for the cleaning. Not only I am certain there was nothing of the sort, but they never mentioned it before, even if the last cleaning happened 2 days before I left and the issue could have been raised when it happened. Not to mention that 500PHP for something that can modern soaps wash like anything else is way too much. Making such a claim when my taxi is waiting to take me to the airport is obviously a way to avoid any complaints. I do not know if it was an initiative of the specific staff member who wanted to pocket the 500 or something more systematic, but it was certainly a bad way to end an otherwise pleasant stay.

    nice location..staffs attentive ...place is tidy...i booked for a one bedroom suite and we were upgraded to a family room for free upon check-in..the best thing is guests can cook...they have a functional kitchen with range hood..a fridge.... we will be staying again once were back in Cebu ds comin November....

    5 minute walk from Cebu IT Park makes this facility an outstanding choice for those who want to explore the city. We got the family rooom and we were surprised how big it was!
