    The location is good, the hotel is clean, and the reception staff are great, but the rooms are small, there is no sound insulation, and the room service staff speak loudly and do not care about the comfort of the guests. The breakfast is okay.

    We were very satisfied of their hospitality ! Overall it was good! I strongly recommend to everyone who wants a clean , friendly and comfortable places to stay ! Thanks and hopefully see you again Turkey ❤️

    Horrible hotel. Luckily, Yusuf from front desk staff is still helpful. The restaurant had 2 staff smoking there every morning, making breakfast there quite unbearable. Shower pipes leaks when turned on. Cheap shower gel and shampoo smelled so deadly sweet. Bedside lights not working and one of them has wire sticking out dangerously. no chair in the room. The cleaner left our room key sticking outside in the lock after the cleaning in the morning, can you imagine how horrified we were when we returned at night. The Spa is located at basement 2 with very dim lights all the way from the elevator and there are men chatting outside the massage rooms, so scary.
