    as the 1st timer, this hotel location is very centrally located to anywhere so we can strolling around. the facilities are good also, we got some welcome amenities bcs of special occasion. overall, all good :)

    Love the amenities buffet where we can take any required beauty items. Very close to AKB station and other metro stations without the rowdy vibes. The room was pretty tight as with other hotels in Japan. No wider rooms available for 2 pax as a 3pax room is really just 1 more bed. Would prefer that they can offer a 3 room space with just 2 beds as an option.

    The rooms are really small. Infact, I found the size of washroom oddly to be of the same size of the bedding area. Its cozy, with a decent view of a canal. For one person, it's quite good place to stay. But for couples, I wouldn't recommend it unless you just plan on sleeping and going off. It's too small for comfort.
