It was only second day and hasn’t really been a good experience. I asked for the room to be made up. After 14 hours of being out, the room wasn’t done, and towels are still on the floor. I contacted guest services about it, however I was told that the room was done. I said no, it wasn’t done at all. I didn’t get any apology or anything. Therefore, I just asked to have fresh towels. Secondly, no amenities. I wasn’t told that toothbrushes need to be picked up from reception with a donation, which I don’t mind.. but being a “4 star”, isn’t really giving me a 4 star hotel. Also, where are the cotton pads, cotton tips, toothbrush toothpaste at least. Lastly, room is tiny for 3 person accomodation. It seems like I’m staying in a hostel instead of a hotel which was advertised. Not worth of the money spent and booked here.. go somewhere else.
