    Not suitable for family especially if for seniors - no toilet inside the room. For one day stay is Ok. Breakfast is limited to a sandwich and a drink.

    clean rooms with ample space to unpack luggage, one thing to note that toilet and shower rooms are in selected floors and you have to travel via lifts

    The room was compact but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly but I was shocked at the untidiness and lack of cleanliness in the public bathrooms. Toilets didn't have soap throughout the whole stay. The corridor has a really unpleasant smell. The bathrooms had mold on the ceiling and walls and some dirt and trash was there throughout the stay. The bathrooms were littered with towels and bathmats with overflowing bins. I emailed the front desk to raise my concerns and ask if I could check out a day early and find somewhere else to stay. I was told "it was cleaning time" and offered a drink voucher. I don't think the cleaners are fully at fault. I think the public facilities aren't monitored often enough if they are so unclean. I was told they would not reimburse me for my last night's stay because I had said the room was clean. It sounds like VERY poor management. Unfortunately this was the worst stay of my month in Japan.
