Not enough room in the Breakfast area

I don’t know - I’ve stayed here 6 times in total now? The question becomes why? I’d probably have to answer that it’s due to consistency. The staff, the cleanliness; very reliable. One stay isn’t different from the next because the cleaners missed something, or there was a different staff member at the front desk, if this time I am room 412 instead of 812 - it’s just very, very reliable and that’s important to me.

If i need to nitpick something, it’s the elevator for me. It’s very hot in Japan right now and the elevator wait time can be a little slow at times, so by the time I get to the lobby I am already hot. Oh also, please update the video that auto plays on the tv. It’s been the same for over two years.

Self check-in requires scanning a passport and filling out forms, which can feel a bit inconvenient after a long trip. There are no mosquito nets, so insects may enter if the window is open. Information about room cleaning procedures was not clearly communicated. Clearer guidance for guests would be helpful. (You need to go down to the reception yourself to get a towel.)
