    Nest Hotel Hakata Station is a great base for exploring Fukuoka. It’s only a short walk from Hakata Station, making it easy to access trains, the airport, and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. The room is compact, but clean and well designed. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet at night, so we slept well. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only downside was that there were only two washing machines for what appeared to be a fully booked hotel. They were often in use, so you may need to plan and wait if you plan to do laundry.

    Disappointed with this hotel. Staff are generally not very helpful nor friendly. When I reported the issue about the toilet flooding after water is released from the bath tub, staff's response was that she knows about it and offers me a room change. Knowing there is an issue but still lets guests check into it is not professional and unacceptable! Coffee cups are also not washed properly!
