    Worth with the price Fair breakfast The only dark side is to have more washing machine Had to wake up 3am for laundry during five days stay.

    The hotel is relatively new with nice interiors and great location. Pros: 1. Location 100/10 it is a few steps away from Hakata Station and Hakata Bus Terminal. So you can choose which transportation (either from airport or surrounding places like Tenjin, Nakasu area.) 2. Room - the standard twin room is just right for 2 people with 2 large luggages and 2 hand carry. They gave 2 complimentary water bottles each day making it convenient. They also have free drink to claim daily during your stay. The bathroom is big for the usual Japan shower and toilet size. There is a big bathtub with shower. Water pressure is also good. 3. Friendly and accommodating staff. They know how to speak English making it easy to communicate. 4. Many restaurants and best part it is few steps to JR Hakata Station and the malls around it. 5. The bed is Simmons that’s why is super comfy and relatively new. There are no bed bugs. Cons: 1. Cleanliness can be improved, the bed and towels are clean but there is a bit of dust near the window and few hairs on the bathroom floor. 2. The complimentary drinks like coffee and tea can be improved because store bought drinks are better. 3. No cabinet to hang clothes only a small space with hangers Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

    Disappointed with this hotel. Staff are generally not very helpful nor friendly. When I reported the issue about the toilet flooding after water is released from the bath tub, staff's response was that she knows about it and offers me a room change. Knowing there is an issue but still lets guests check into it is not professional and unacceptable! Coffee cups are also not washed properly!
