    I booked this hotel as a suprise for my partners birthday. The hotel was modern and clean very friendly staff and good breakfast. Close to public transport and there was a lot of shops etc close by. I would definitely recommend getting the metro to the hotel if you can as we got a taxi from the airport and it cost us €38

    We chose this hotel because of the good value for money, and to be fair, the room was extremely clean. Even though the layout was a bit unusual, everything was spotless, and I really appreciated that the bathroom windows could be opened, especially while showering. The breakfast quality and variety were also excellent , much better than expected for the price. The location is convenient during the day, close to the main attractions and the port, but at night it feels quite sketchy, with a lot of homeless people in the area. We never had issues, but it’s something worth mentioning if you’re arriving late. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a serious incident with a front desk employee (Victor). The staff at the bar were polite and helpful, but the interaction with this receptionist was deeply unprofessional. We received conflicting information about whether the restaurant was open, and when we politely asked for clarification, the situation escalated unexpectedly. His behavior became aggressive and hostile, to the point where we felt unsafe and had to call the police. On the positive side, the manager, Mustafa, handled everything with professionalism, calm, and respect once he arrived. Overall, the hotel itself offers great value, cleanliness, and a good breakfast — but the incident with the front desk employee was alarming and not what any guest should experience. I hope the hotel addresses this properly, because with better staff management, it could be a great place to stay.
