My room was fairly clean but I just don’t trust the bowls, plates, cups and glasses to be clean. I had to wash them before use. Otherwise all good.

The heat did not work in our room which made for a very chilly sleeping experience. Told the front desk the next morning and because we prepaid with another site and were not a Bonevoy member there was nothing they could do or us.

I wasn’t aware of the parking situation when booking. I was not excited about paying to park but less excited there was no walkway to the hotel. The room had a weird smell and it was very loud. The refrigerator made lots of noise from dropping ice and running water to just plain running. The furnace was also very noisy. Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Maybe just fix room 206

The hotel has no parking and you have to self park in a public parking lot about a block away and parking is $1.65 per hour. Factor this into your hotel pricing as other hotels with free self parking could be more economical for your stay. The rooms are sizable, but the bathrooms have a shower that stays open in the back as it has no sliding door and it is almost impossible to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet. The rooms are in need of upgrades - especially the bathroom.

Room was great...large and terrific views. We've stayed here before and some things need attention. Shower bars and rack were both loose. Some maintenance needed in elevators, too. But overall, it's a great place. Free breakfast is quite large and the area to eat it is very stylish. Would be nice to have some chicken or turkey bacon in the buffet.

Nice newish building with lots of room. Nice and nice pleasant staff. Clean building, but our room had the worst “view” in the building it had zero sunlight or view. A couple of the best side lights were broke or bulbs need replacing. But overall a nice hotel.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious with hooks everywhere I needed them. When I checked in, I requested a warm, quiet room. With its individually controlled heat settings my room was exactly specific to my comfort which is very important. Above my third floor room the whole fourth floor was under construction/remodeling and the activity/noise began at 7:00 AM already, which was a disappointment. The gym is very basic with dumbbells and aerobic machines. The pool rather small which can be OK, but no deeper than 4.5 feet. really more of a play pool.

The room was extremely clean and the staff was exceptional! We visited family from California for Christmas and my wife’s birthday and the staff even took the extra effort to decorate our room for my wife and allowed me to have all of her presents delivered to the hotel for her. It was wonderful how well the helped me plan everything and took such wonderful care of us. Thank you for making it pleasant!

This was a nicely set up room with kitchen and separate bedroom area. Within walking distance to bars and restaurants but not right in the middle of everything as well.
