Clean, convenient, great experience.

The location is just off the highway and very easy to find. I recommend going to Anna's House for breakfast or lunch! The room was fantastic and felt very new and clean. The kitchen area had a great sized frig/freezer, microwave, great sink, plates/etc, mixing bowls. It was well stocked! Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Stayed one night due to a trip for a sports tournament it was affordable, clean, a great choice.

Bad Experience

very well place in Ann Arbor and the quality of the breakfast

I gave it a 2 because our experience was bad across the board. This hotel is new and had just opened. Okay, but when we arrived, we were told the rooms weren't ready (it was already 6 p.m.). Some guests told us they'd been waiting since 4 p.m., and no rooms were ready. The housekeeping staff hadn't been called in to do everything. Our rooms were made up in a hurry because we insisted, as there was no backup plan, and with children, it's more complicated. We got our room at 8 p.m. The manager on duty wasn't there, despite our request for his presence because the person at the counter seemed completely overwhelmed, but he didn't bother to come. We're talking about dozens of guests in this case, and I think the person should be there. The rooms were still being renovated, we were downgraded, and we had several devices that didn't work because they weren't plugged in. Although I was reimbursed, I deplore the lack of professionalism of the staff and their management in particular. Of course, HILTON contacted them wasn't up to par, and neither was booking.com. Extremely disappointed.

Nice hotel I would stay here again

Clean property polite staff, nice room. Decent pool but a little cold. Ice machine on first floor was nice

The room wasn’t totally prepared. No trash can in the bathroom no hand soap in the bathroom, the fridge wasn’t plugged in, no sheet on the pull out couch. But staff was helpful with any needs and had no issues getting what we needed we just plugged the fridge in ourself.

Tivemos um episódio bastante desagradavel. Diferente do atendimento da recepcionista que fez o nosso check in e que foi a mesma que fez o check out, tivemos um problema. Em um dos dias de nossa estadia, a Atendente Kamari informou que nao haviam moedas (quarters) para o uso da lavanderia. No dia seguinte, bem cedo, fomos pedir moedas e vimos o caixa lotado de moedas. Eu confesso que nao entendo porque uma pessoa faz isto, mas ela fez. Nao quis que fizessemos uso da lavanderia e nos negou a troca das moedas. Lamentável !!!!
