I absolutely love this hotel but there are things that need to be fixed. The only reason I loved it was the hot tub option. Got all the way there and checked in, put on my bathing suit and it’s out of order. Talk about disappointment!

So, I booked this place as a “splurge” because I thought it would be a nicer place to stay while starting my first week of night shift, 2 hours away from home. This place let me down every single day of my stay. Pictures made it look nice, and there is actually potential. It was dirty, and smelled like old Chinese food all week long. Extremely run down, the hot tub is not functioning, I wouldn’t comfortably use this pool, looks dirty. There was maybe 5 other people staying at this hotel, that I saw. Breakfast was horrible, I think the eggs were repurposed from day 1 to day 2. Sausages was rubbery. Bread was wet. :( I was woken up at 9 am from banging on my door, after getting off work at 6am. The hallway was so LOUD I was not ever abate to sleep after my shifts. Housekeeping would bang on every single door, starting at the end of the hallway, working their way down to me, and I could hear every single bang. I could even hear other people’s phones going off at all hours. I’m so frustrated, and exhausted. I never write reviews but this place pissed me off.

Frist room they put me in smelt like smoke and I felt like I was in a cave it was dark and gloomy. The bathroom is Tiny. The cleaning girl did a nice job . The rest of the staff needs to learn socializing skills . Breakfast let’s just keep it at the coffee was good. Overall you get what you pay for.

I loved that there was a shuttle from the hotel to the stadium for The Game. Restaurant had good service and delicious food. Bathroom was very tight.

The room was nice and large. Could have used another chair and 2 more bedside tables. The bathroom was large and attractive. However, there were no grab bars (a fall risk) or shelves in the shower. And the bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were really small.

We did not eat at the hotel due to hospital testing requirements did not allow for food intake. Our room was on the 1st floor right next to the manager's office (forgot the room number) The heater did not work. The bathroom door did not close properly and the securing lock on the front door is about to fall off the wall. Other than that, the bed was wonderful, the tv worked and the staff was friendly.

Our stay was good. The hotel is very, very spacious. When we arrived we were told there was a restaurant or some kind of area to eat dinner within the hotel and that it closes at 9:30pm. We asked if we could see a menu and she said it was at the bar, also inside the hotel. We searched for this restaurant or eating area...there was an area with tables, but it wasn't a restaurant and whatever it was, was closed. We went to the bar and there was no one working behind it and there wasn't a menu to be found for "dinner." The whole hotel, besides our room smells very strongly of chlorine because there is an indoor pool and hot tub. We did get in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub both need a really big deep clean. The building is very old. They really need to do a ton of updating/upgrading/deep cleaning. The exercise room is very small and in a weird location, which was hard to find. It also smelled really bad in there. So bad that we couldn't stand to be in there but a few minutes. On the good side of things, the breakfast in the morning in that eating area was wonderful. Great food! I would say top notch. It was really great to have in the morning. I was thankful for it. Our king sized bedroom was fine. The bed was clean and comfortable. Big tv, mini refrigerator, keurig and microwave. AC worked in our room. The shower had great water pressure, but the shower curtain is way too short, so water goes all over the floor. It was fine for a one night stay.

The bathroom was dirty with old decaying grout and chips in the tub. The vent above the door was half off the wall and went straight thru to the hallway. The heating vent was extremely loud and leaked water at the bottom. The ice bucket top was rusted and covered with some stuck on substance.

Hotel built in 1961 with mid century design i like moderniziation hit and miss. Large windows appealing. Room was fine. King bed comfortable. Nice they have a desk and dining table. Fridge temperature is not accurate froze my complimentary bottle of water. Lamps on nightstand large with only one outlet. I like more bedside outlets thatvi dont have to crawl on floor to find extension cord. I will bring my own in future. Overall nice stay for good price close to university. I paid $10 for 1:00 checkout very appreciated

Rooms were nice but could have been cleaner. Breakfast was good. On the second night, a group of about 15 teenagers were yelling and slamming doors for well over an hour so loud the police had to be called. Went to tell the front desk about the experience on checkout but the deal was not manned and only had a bucket to return the keys. Staff could have been nicer and more professional in appearance.

Room was run down and falling apart with exposed wires. The hot tub didnt work and the so called patio advertised was a small carpeted area outside the room. Overall they eventually moved us room with promises of compensating u but then got the run around about any of that and wasted a whole evening changing rooms instead of enjoying the time with my wife that we havent had in 10 mo ths as we have an infant at home. Just disappointed inside of rhe

The building was old and dated with poor lighting throughout. Room was dated and also poor lighting. Paint chipping off walls and ceiling. Pool and hot tub area was poorly maintained. Definitely not worth the prices they charge.
