    We have really enjoyed our stay here. Even before we arrived, a member of staff responded to a query I had very promptly. Excellent facilities, comfortable seating areas, great onsen, comfortable spacious rooms. There are so many touches that have made our stay really memorable. The staff are also really friendly and helpful with any question you may have. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

    Great kitchen facility, room is clean but has a bit musty smell. Dining chairs are a bit old and creaky. Staff are helpful and gave us tips and guidance in hiking Mt Asahidake.

    Disgusting conduct from foreign tourist who couldnt be bothered to follow onsen etiquette. You need to wash your body properly and scrub WITH SOAP before entering the bath. Unfortunately the experience was so negative I can't give a high rating, even though the hotel staff were nice and my room was decent.
