    Hotel is a little old with wall paper a bit off. Last minute booked this hotel but still with a good price. Very close to Ningle Terrace.

    Close to the ski resort and restaurant. We enjoyed our time there. The stuff was very helpful and did an outstanding job.

    We booked this hotel back in October. On the night of December 21 at around 11:00 PM, I called the hotel to inform them that we might add one extra guest. The staff clearly told me that: • Adding a guest via the Agoda app would be cheaper • Adding a guest on-site would cost 5,000 JPY I said that paying 5,000 JPY on-site was acceptable. However, the next evening, the hotel suddenly called and said that because it was the year-end period, the fee for adding an extra guest had increased to over 30,000 JPY, which was an unreasonable and shocking price change. After that, I contacted the hotel again by email, and they replied that the fee would be 17,400 JPY per additional guest. But when I actually arrived at the hotel, the price changed again to 14,300 JPY. 👉 The same extra guest service had several completely different prices within a short period of time, which was very confusing and unprofessional. There was a clear lack of basic price transparency. During this Hokkaido trip, when we added extra guests at other hotels, the fee was usually only around 3,000–5,000 JPY, making this hotel’s pricing stand out in a negative way. About the room: • We were assigned a first-floor room • Bed sheets and covers were relatively clean • However, the carpet was very dirty and damp • The heating was not warm enough • There was a strong musty smell, and overall comfort was poor Overall, the experience was very disappointing in terms of pricing communication, service attitude, and room conditions. I would not recommend this hotel.
