Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast but no hot food. The hotel is clean, comfortable and in good condition, though the bed base bit worn out. Overall would recommend this hotel which is 18 minutes away in the train from Lucern. Conveniently next to the train station.
Good location to travel to various places of interest.

Had such a nice stay at Hotel Ava! Amazing locating just by the train station. Quite and nice at night time. Beautiful view over the mountains. Big spaces room. The only small thing, as a business traveller with only hand luggage, I would have loved an including body lotion and hair conditioner. Small things, very appreciated. The cherry on the top. Great breakfast. Anyway, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly at all times. I will be back.
