Good hotel but quite expencive for what you get. The breakfast is very low key and the pillows are so soft that when you put your head on it then your head just falls through to the bed.

Comfortable bed, Clean room but a bit small for 4 of us. Friendly staff, especially Romania. She allowed us to check in early. They’ve got luggage storage which is good. They offered food up to 10 pm which is great. Very good breakfast, lots of choices.

Wow, what fantastic staff, and that is only the start. Nicely located a short walk from the train station, this hotel does things in a very personal way. Help yourself to coffee and cake whenever you want. Filtered water to top up your bottle before your day out. Hearty and plentiful breakfasts to set you up for the day. On site secure parking and exceptionally clean barely warrant a mention with so much to praise. No on site restaurant but plenty of great food within 5 minutes walk

This was a very comfortable location. My family and I stayed in the family room. The kids loved the loft area. The hotel was convenient to the train. The parking was easy to use. The hotel was quiet and breakfast was nice! I would love to stay again one day

We stayed one night on the way from UK to Italy. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable and there is unlimited tea, coffee, chilled water. The members of staff we came into contact with were very helpful and spoke good English. The parking in the underground car park is free with a voucher from the hotel.

Down in the room there are cold floor tiles and you can not walk barefoot. Breakfast was poor. Parking is underground but common with some companies and others without video cameras and not very safe and without gate. Room was small. Bed very unconfortable and blanket is bad and keep cold not warm

This was an excellent value in Switzerland, close to Lucerne. We were visiting friends, and stayed for one night. The room was big, the bed comfortable, and all was spotless. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Great location. Sursee is a nice town and its easy to get to Lucerne. Only problem was that we stayed in a room with a lofted area but there was no window in the loft. No air conditioning in the room,which would be fine for most stays in Switzerland, but since we were there during a warm period, it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in the lofted area. The hotel was kind enough to give us an extra fan, but as there was no window, it was just blowing around warm air.

Easy to reach the hotel by car. Free parking in the basement. Spacious room. Extremely polite and helpful multilingual staff - even speaking Greek! Restaurants and shops only few meters away. Nice breakfast too. Would stay again.
