    Room was what I expected for 3* hotel, very clean, BUT the staff were exceptional in getting extras for the room, directions, finding restaurants. I would definitely rebook this hotel.

    Piano hotel was situated along a quiet road. Accessible to taxi/Grab ride. Many eateries around the area. Enjoy strolling the streets with neighbourhood views.

    Quiet clean twin bedded room with good enough space to open luggages and walk. Hotel staff (lady staff - "Wan" & male staff - Peter) were very friendly and socially. Peter recommended many places (where the locals go) to visit. Hotel is tucked inside a one lane road with main roads on both ends. Eateries and restaurants within hotel vicinity.
