    Our family of four, including two young boys, stayed in a family room for three nights in July 2026. We chose Home Away Serviced Apartment primarily because the Agoda listing gave the impression that the rooms included a washing machine. As a family traveling with young children, having access to laundry is very important to us. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that only certain higher-priced rooms have washing machines. We explained that the photos in the Agoda listing were misleading, and to their credit, the receptionist acknowledged our concern and offered to do one load of laundry for us free of charge. The more serious issue happened a few hours after check-in. In Room 202, we discovered several palm-sized mold patches hidden behind the window curtains. Since July is the rainy season in Ho Chi Minh City, we understand that humidity can contribute to mold growth, but guests should not have to stay in a room with visible mold. We immediately informed the receptionist, who responded promptly and moved us to Room 201 across the hallway. We appreciated how quickly they handled the situation. Aside from these issues, the apartment was in a convenient District 1 location, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were courteous and tried to resolve the problems we encountered. Overall, while we appreciated the responsive customer service, the misleading Agoda listing regarding the washing machine and the mold in our original room significantly affected our experience. I hope the property updates its listing to clearly indicate which room types include laundry facilities and ensures that all rooms are thoroughly inspected for mold before guests arrive.

    Had my jacket left in hotel, staff is very helpful and delivery finally arrived on time. Room was clean, aircon working fine, location is superb close to many places

    Peaceful Stay Away from the Busy City Noise The accommodation is located a few minutes away from the city center. While it’s not centrally located, everything was still great. Since it’s inside a building surrounded by small local communities, the place is very quiet at night — you can barely hear the honking and noise from the busy streets outside. We had a very peaceful and comfortable sleep during our stay. The room was spacious enough for 3 people and even came with a free extra bed, although we weren’t able to use it since one of us arrived late due to flight changes. Overall, the stay was perfect, and I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay.

    The hotel does not provide or clean the room daily unless request. The hotel may charge 150k Dong each time. Told hotel staff that ants were crawling every where and onto my bed. The hotel staff provided me an with an anti ant sprayer.
