    Pretty decent stay for the price! The location is really convenient, with lots of recommended cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were also friendly and approachable. I stayed on the 6th floor, though, and unfortunately the elevator only goes up to the 5th, so I had to carry all my things up one floor 😅 Other than that, a good and reasonably priced option!

    This is by far the worst booking experience I’ve ever had. The hotel listing is extremely misleading. While the hotel technically exists, they operate multiple “sister branches” and will conveniently tell you upon arrival that there’s an “electrical issue” — then redirect you to a completely different property. The place they transferred us to looked nothing like the photos online. It was low-quality, poorly maintained, and felt more like a cheap motel than a proper hotel. This does not feel like an isolated incident. The staff appeared well-rehearsed in handling complaints about the switch, which raises serious concerns that this is a deliberate tactic rather than a one-off problem. This is false advertising and a bait-and-switch scheme. You are NOT getting what you paid for.
