The room was spotless, every team member we interacted with was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, lots of options. We hope to stay there again sometime.

The staff at this hotel are like none other!! I had made a couple of requests and they were very quick to provide me with what I needed, as well as be available for any questions I may have. They also worked their hardest to get my room ready for me earlier than normal because I had taken the red eye in. As everyone else has mentioned, the breakfast included in your stay was delicious and full of different options - even ones that weren’t normally provided!
The hotel is also in a fantastic neighbourhood that is close to food and transit options, and is very safe and quiet (note: I was a solo female traveller). Jardim Fialho de Almeida, a small park nearby, is a must-visit as it has many delicious restaurants, a kiosk for drinks and snacks, and is a meeting place for locals and tourists alike!
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon!

Unique boutique property. There are no elevators and many steps, but the staff was more than happy to help us with our luggage. Very accommodating. Definitely recommend.!
