Won’t recommend to book the private room, is very noisy even tho is far away from other rooms. Good luck if you’re travelling with too much luggage as the room is far from reception and you have to go up and down on stairs crossing the whole hostel. I was there at the beginning of winter and there’s no heater so I freeze during the night. There’s no power points close to the bed or any bedside table. The room is big but I guess you could get a room in a hotel for that price. Only positive thing I can say is about staff, they were very helpful during my stay.

The hostel is impeccable; everything is always very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, most of the staff is very friendly, and it’s located within walking distance of several tourist attractions. During this time of year, the rooms can be a bit cold and do not have heating. It’s also not a very social hostel.

I stayed for a short time before I kept traveling, but the staff was super welcoming. I also had to work while there and there were multiple spaces to do it. I'd stay again!

Unfortunately Agoda did not communicate adequately with the hotel and the accommodation was mis-represented on the online description.
The staff on the day had no flexibility as they were busy but our trip was ruined by the fact that our room requests were not communicated from Agoda to the venue.
I may use WOT again but I will never use Agoda and I advise everyone else against it.
I await their response before I post this more widely on social media
