Just everything super amazing.
Long checkin time, no vegan and gluten free breakfast options.

Comfortable property with great decor. Nice communal area downstairs. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast.
Noisy at night, particularly on our last night - some guests seemed to arrive around 2am and there was a lot of noise with suitcases and talking in communal areas. I'm a bit surprised they were allowed to check in at this hour given the nature of the property (i.e. older property, not sound- proofed), it's inevitable this would disturb other guests. Bairro Alto - location is convenient but the streets around the hotel are very dirty.
