Excellent location, comfortable rooms, lovely views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Felt safe walking to and from the town.
There was nothing to dislike - even the lack of elevator wasn’t really a problem (I was carrying a 25 kg bag).

The breakfast was the best part of our stay: the staff is so friendly and accommodating; the food was so fresh and delicious; and the space was comfortable and quiet. The room was very clean and spacious. We found that the hotel was tucked away in a quieter neighborhood, but the walk to busier neighborhoods like Chiado or Príncipe Real were only 10-15 minutes.

Lovely hotel with relaxed vibe in quiet location. Comfortable double bedroom with air con and plenty of space to unpack. Spotlessly clean bathroom. Main reception room great for relaxing, with drinks and snacks available throughout the day. Superb breakfast. Staff super friendly and helpful.
