The Higgins is beautiful with great bars and food, the museum is right there and it is Awesome.
But, our room at the Higgins had some issues of upkeep and low maintenance, very disappointing for the money that we spent.
Our room door was barely functional, so much that my wife could not get it to close or open. The sink handles in the bath were so rigid and tight that we could barely get any good water out at all. It's too bad because the room was beautiful, just not well kept.
The front staff was a bit slow to get us parked and then set up to access the garage with our room key and like almost everywhere nowadays, not the friendliest folks either. Come on, customer facing roles should have friendly helpful faces, especially at a Hilton.

Our stay at The Higgins was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Rosie’s Rooftop bar was the best.
