I really liked this place. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants, convention center, etc. and to catch the streetcar for further destinations. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. They were so positive every day! When i return to New Orleans, I will definitely book there again!

We arrived at 5:00 and our check in time was 4:00. They said our room wasn’t ready so we had to wait for a little bit in the lobby. This was frustrating but otherwise, a great location.

We really enjoyed this property. It is the perfect location for anyone interested in the WWII Museum

Room and building cleanliness wa good. Bed comfortable. Pool could use a little cleaning. Staff friendly. Only drawbacks, parking was very expensive and the shower head in the bathroom was about 80% clogged. Shower was very poor.
