Us and 2 other friend couples stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Front desk manager Ms Ashley greeted us and gave us our suite keys 4 hour before normal check-in time. We all received free breakfast coupons and evening drinks snd bites coupons. Our stay was very comfortable and entire staff was very friendly and hard working. We would recommend this hotel to all who come to New Orleans.

Embassy Suites, located next to Convention Center, Riverside, very close to Canal, Streetcars and French market!!! Ceasars Casino, Riverside Mississippi river day and night jazzy cruises, all nearby, walk distance from Union Terminal, where buses and Amtrak trains connected you with rest of Great Country we are!!! Sure you liked prices with Agoda booking, very affordable for hotel with own piece of balcony, all amenities in the room, great real continental breakfast plenty choice buffet, daily early evening hotel's bar free alcoholic drinks with fruit n chips little buffet at superb great hall!!! Where hotel located, how is safe surroundings, just go outside and see all famous brand name high marks hotels nearby or just next corner, and this already tells you this hotel located in one of safest neighborhood!!! In Heart of Downtown, minutes walk from Ceasar Casino, Aquarium, Riverside, Canal's streetcars and day and night open entertainment!!! Come, Stay and See!!! Since of security is needed everywhere, even Kristy Noem purse was stolen in high end restaurant in one of safest area of DC!!!

On February 9,2025, I arrived a day early to my hotel thinking they could hold my luggage until my stay on February 10,2025,but that didn't happen. Ms.Ester ask me for my ID...to see Something, but she confuse me when she took my ID out of my view and went in the back office for what IDK.. . But that was a red flag she had no name tag on and I wasn't trying to cause no confuse with her cause i had to stay at the hotel but i thought that was very wrong if my room wasn't ready Whys on 2/9/25 why ask me for my ID..and I couldn't leave my luggage she turn me away from leaving my luggage so I just didn't understand why she couldn't had just check my ID right in the front of my face where i walk into fromt lobby why did she just had to walk away with my personal information. it was no reason for her to get my ID and went in the back i didn't know if she really work for the hilton or not NO NAME TAG on hello red flag.so I had to drag my luggage around New Orleans when she could had hold my luggage i had reservation here .
On 2/10/25. I arrived to my hotel on my reservation day..upon arrival Marvin and Jameka wasn't so pleasant, in my reservation I said I'm fully disabled that mean I don't wanna do know long walk but they didn't care they put me way around to the back not a good view at first I told them the toilet is break very bad not working walking bottle was left in refrigerator from other guess so I feel they intentionally mess me over when I told them how tired I was from.2/9/25....please don't make me have to come back down to front desk ..
This wasn't good weekend cause I miss hanging out for the superbowel in canal I didn't see any celebrities cause I didn't had any where for my luggage so it was A waste
