    The hotel was very musty smelling and humid, because after the second floor, the lobby room is literally open until the ceiling. So, when it's humid and rainy, it rains into the building. We had to turn the dehumidifier on everyday to get rid of the musty smell. The shower was the best part, but the room overall was quite small. Even for Tokyo. The location was great. The staff was great. I just can't get over the musty smell.

    The whole hotel stinks musty and is dirty everywhere. Would definitely not recommend!!! On the other hand, the staff was really friendly and helpful with the cancellation of the remaining nights.

    Room was dusty in many areas, such as around the toilet, along the top of the sliding partitions between bathroom and main room, there were stains on the carpet, walls, and wallpaper was peeling. Hotel information binder in the room was falling apart. Crumbs in the foot massager in the room. Bedding seemed clean. Staff very polite and accommodating. Location excellent. Room was large for Tokyo. Good view from room. If cleanliness and maintenance could be improved, this would be a fantastic property.
