Room was decent in size, clean, with comfortable beds ( we stayed in a triple room). There were free toiletries. One thing I didn’t like was there was no microwave in the room. It was located on the 9th floor, shared by everybody. Plus there was no iron inside the room, you need to borrow it from the front desk.
We didn’t avail of the breakfast buffet bec it was pricey. We buy our food from the 2 supermarkets just steps away from the hotel, which is for me, the best thing about this hotel. Plus it is just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride to the shopping district in kawaramachi area.
Over all this is a great hotel. I would recommend it to anybody.

Very cranky about the temperature control, of the which there was none. Otherwise it was a budget friendly and nice place to stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel, we also enjoyed their breakfast buffet , and free coffe in the lobby. They also have a laundrey room available for their guest. We were 3 adults, we had 3 really good beds and a nice room, and good size bathroom
