    The stay was excellent and the breakfast was even more amazing!! Location was perfect to walk around.

    Hotel is good , clean spacious room. Staff is polite but not accommodating at all. We stayed for three nights in a breakfast inclusive package. I am a vegan and I requested for just one vegan option like hash brown or similar in their massive buffet and was told -not allowed as per company policy. There is nothing to eat for vegans and I have never experienced a situation including other hotels in Japan where it’s against the company policy to accommodate a simple request. I did not ask for a special buffet or multiple items but just one item.
