    Complete amenities for us. Such as umbrella, luggage storage, flexible check in based on availability. It was a big room for us, never expected this can be happened in Japan. It has separated bathroom and toilet. Bed and pillows were comfortable, making us not to wake up early. Staff are friendly and helpful. Satisfying stay. Thank you so much 😊

    I like this location a lot! Very convenient, full of restaurants and two supermarkets right across the street. Bus station is 1 minute walk away. Karasuma station is not too far. Room is not super small at least we can open up the luggage. Quiet in the room too!

    場所は、京都四条西洞院と堀川通の真ん中の有ります、立地としてはとても良いです近くにはコンビニや定食屋さんスパーが有りとても良いです。 アメニティが少なく必要最低限は有りますが、化粧水クレンジング乳液などは有りません。 コーヒーの無料提供も無い水も無いですので、自販機で購入するかスパーで買うのが安くすみます。 そとの景色は期待できません。 隣の空調機や配管しか見えないです。 冷房が効かま悪いので、フロントに言ったら縦型の扇風機を貸してくれました。 設備が古いですが部屋は綺麗でしたのでその点良かったです。 ツインのお部屋でしたが枕が2個だけしかないです。
