    The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything we asked for was provided in the room. We had a really lovely stay — the apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room was big enough for the three of us, with plenty of space for a baby cot, which was a big plus for us. The location is a little further away from the main attractions, but still very convenient. It’s within walking distance if you enjoy exploring on foot, and public transport and taxis are also easily accessible. There was a plethora of supermarkets, cafés and restaurants nearby, so we had everything we needed close by. There is also a lovely park with a children’s playground just opposite the hotel, only a few minutes’ walk away, which was perfect for our little one to have some playtime. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient apartment in Paris. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

    Excellent location 5 min walk from Gare de Lyon and the metro. Hotel is very modern and clean. It was useful to have a kitchenette even though we didnt use the micro wave or hob. Just having cutlery, plates and glasses etc is so much better than an ordinary hotel room.

    We stayed 2 nights (Sept 30 - Oct 2, 2026) with our baby. Unfortunately, it was a poor experience and not worth the price. Cleanliness: The room was not clean. Housekeeping only made the bed without changing the sheets, even though my baby had made the bed dirty. They also left the used cups and plates unwashed. The towels were not clean, and there were no slippers in the bathroom. Baby bed: I requested a baby bed weeks before our arrival, but it was not in the room. When I raised it with the staff, they brought one without a pillow or a blanket. Service: After check-in, no one helped us carry our bags to the room, even though I was travelling with a small baby. Location and safety: The area is far from everything, and we felt uneasy there at night. There were people loitering around the hotel, so we were afraid to go out in the evening. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families with babies.
