Amazing!

All the staffs were so nice, friendly and helpful. The location is full of local activities and good access to the center and also the nice parks. Really enjoyed being in the neighborhood. We will definitely come back one day.

Great location near Bercy/Accor Arena yet away from the busy street. Loved the greenery leading to the hotel. Very friendly staff. We did not take advantage of the breakfast but it looks very good.

No real separation between bedroom and bathroom

Water on arrival was great. The staff let us keep our bags while we went to Paris for the day before catching our train, which was really handy.

The bathroom door was a sliding door and you could see through it and hear everything which gave no privacy when going to the bathroom. For me that's a no no. For the price we paid, this was deplorable and I would not return for this reason alone.

Good location. Excellent continental breakfast. Small typical Parisienne room. The beds are a bit too soft. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would totally recommend it as good value for the money.

The staff are the stars of this hotel; and the breakfast was really good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were what made our stay at this modest hotel pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Cleanliness was good. The location was not upscale, but there were some decent eateries near, and two Metro stations, too.

The hotel itself is not on a level of quality and comfort that we normally look for. The room was small, but typical for Paris, I suppose. The only elevator was small and was out of service when we neeeded to check out. Fortunately, a kind staff member came to our rescue, walking up the stairs to the 5th floor to get our bags. We chose this hotel for the price, as many family members were with us. The price was high compared to what we would pay in the U.S., but again, that's Paris.

Close to railway stations, quiet, green, great breakfast

I booked this hotel firstly due to the location but also because of the photos of all the greenery and reviews that it is quiet, with a great breakfast. All these things exceeded my expectations in reality.

Prices for drinks at the bar in reception were a little excessive considering they were basic and there was no ambience. €17 for 2 drinks.
