Room was nice and clean. Good public transit connection to Venice. We booked this hotel because they claimed to offer luggage storage. Prior to arrival we were informed that this service was not available, when we pointed out that it had listed in the amenities in Expedia they removed it from the listing. We ended up having to pay for a day of luggage storage elsewhere which was costly and inconvenient.

Terrible room, the air conditioner its a sound machine conected to the window, impossible to sleep with the noise it makes, the airconditioner and the plastic bag attached to the tube attached to the window for the air conditioner, can't describe enough....

I stayed for two nights at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. First of all, there was no reception after 11 PM, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar: the rooms were dusty, and the bedding (sheets, towels, and blankets) was poorly maintained. I felt like I was in a farmer's cabin rather than a professional hotel. I hope corrective measures will be taken to improve the experience for future guests

This hotel is very old and dirty. Room was really small, bed was not comfortable I felt like I was sleeping on the wood. Staff was nice but I would never go back.

The hotel was fine. The bed was comfortable and it was very quier. There is not a lot around the area, although there is a bus stop for dropping off and one for picking up just outside for Venice/Mestre.

Very good one night stay, bus stop to Venice is just outside the hotel. There was air conditioning, mini fridge and a TV in the room. Room and bathroom weres clean. Bathroom is also well equipped for people with physical disabilities. There is a folded seat in the shower. And a handrail for helping to get on the toilet.

Hotel staff was rude, started screaming when they realize mistake, very bad customer service. Owner did not say sorry even once even though we vent to thru misery. Half of the group had to stay in different hotels every night.

Hotel was fine and staff did their best to accommodate. The area was very industrial though still close to Venice. In the future I would stay on the island

Hotel at a good price. The location is in Manghera, not Mestre. Mestre is a much nicer and bigger city, and closer to Venezia. So I recommend to find a hotel in Mestre. Hotel room was not really comfortable and clean. With a better location I would have give the hotel a better review, considering the price.

If you don't mind to take a bus to Venice for 20 min, mostly standing up - it's quite good. It's a friendly, family run business, very clean.

The hotel is very nice: wonderful paintings in hall and rooms, very clean and bus stops just in front of the hotel. Good choices of food for the morning breakfest. The bus from venise or mestre stops just in front of the hotel. However, there is not much around as it is located on a high speed road. It was also difficult to find which bus to take from venise as bus driver did not know where it was. Hotel did not provide the buses to use.

Great little hotel situated around 15mins by bus to vanezia.. Great quality, and the staff were very VERY helpful to us!! Would definatly recomend this hotel..
