B&B Downtown Zagreb

I can't comment on the premises as we were unable to stay there. The host contacted us as the previous guest had caused some damage and therefore it was unavailable. The host organised alternative accommodation that was excellent (and close by) - all this was done hours before we checked in. I have to give the host 5 stars for finding a solution and making our stay stress free. They were excellent and went above and beyond :)

I chose the property for it's location & easy access to the neighborhood. Self Check-in & out was easy. The property staff was easily accessible over the phone.

Our room and bathroom were spotless. Our room is right next yo the elevator. We can hear it when it runs. The kitchen is a four-room shared kitchen. No microwave. Two burners but no cooking utensils. Lots of plates, cups, cutlery.

Room, on suite and communal kitchen area were very clean. The family owners were very nice, friendly & helpful with local knowledge and travel tips. They provided a very good breakfast each morning from 7am. The apartment was walking distance and central to shops, guided tours etc… Air conditioning was very good and quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone and we would definitely return to this apartment.
