    I am a regular complainer regarding hotel room design. Most regular hotel users have got out of bed to find one light switch that they missed. The Sheraton room was designed by someone who thinks of customers (not how many extras they can sell "Hard Rock"). The bedsise switch has a turn off all lights fuction. I can sit comfortably a use my laptop for work, people can sit in front of a mirror to apply make-up. The room contains n iron and ironing board. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful. The city square is a 15 minute walk away. The hotel is quiet.

    The hotel reception staff were excellent. The lobby was pretty. The room was clean when we checked in but housekeeping did not vacuum the carpet for our 2-day stay, just cleaned the toilet and bath, changed towels and linens. The TV's Chromecast function wasn't working and I requested reception to fix it but didn't get fixed until checkout. I requested for ice cubes on our 2nd night but was told to wait to be connected to room service. I got tired of waiting to be connected to room service so I just hung up and never got the ice cubes I was requesting for.

    Please change the towels they were over-washed, the whole hotel just needs a renovation, everything is very old. Smells like a museum.
