    The hotel is perfectly situated two blocks from the main square. There is almost no vehicle traffic and walking is easy. The staff were excellent. The room had everything we needed and was very well set up, styled, and appointed. The hotel looks and feels new, modern, spotlessly clean, and there were no complaints.

    Loved our weekend stay at this hotel. To start, the location was perfect and so convenient to everything. The hotel was lovely, and the room beautiful and super spacious with many amenities. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed the spa area. The sauna, steam room, and pool were fantastic and clean. It was off-season, so perhaps it could be different when busier, but we had a great time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who finds themselves in Zagreb!

    Superb centrally located hotel for all the tourist sights and Christmas markets. The customer service was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Rooms modern, well appointed and clean. A great stay.
