    Hotel was located in a great location which made it convenient to explore both the upper and lower towns. Room was clean and basic amenities were provided. Breakfast was adequate. Parking is available for a fee.

    Very good location on Tkalciceva Street- in the heart of old town with lots of restaurants nearby. Very spacious , plenty of room for opening 2 to 3 suitcases. Hot water pressure could have been better. Shower heads need cleaning - likely what caused the poor water pressure. With the amount of space in the room a coffee making station would've been welcome- at least an electric kettle with coffee and tea making fascilities would have made this place more value for money.Breakfast although simple,was good.Staff very helpful and cheerful.

    On the outside, this hotel looks amazing. Inside, not so much. Pros: Our room was decent size. Two twin beds. Great blackout curtains. Lovely receptionists. Parking in garage was nice. Fantastic location. Cons: Hard beds. Shower was utterly ridiculous. Shower head was broken (I think). Had to hold the shower wand while shampooing and soaping. Drain in tub was sloooowww. Air conditioner leaked and carpet was soaking wet by morning. Breakfast was not very good. Hot food was awful. No toaster. Cold OK. They need to fix up this place a bit and make a better breakfast.
