Hotel receptionist and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I felt like they went above and beyond for any requests we made. We were able to check in a little earlier and this made our first day! It was very nice of them.
The location was perfect! We walked to most of the tourist attractions. Tons or bars, restaurants, shops and cafes in walking distance.
The only downfall was there was an odor in the downstairs bathroom which we addressed. It smelled like a sewer. They tried to fix the issue but we could still smell it and we locked off the bathroom and didn’t use it.

Casa Hosteno was one of the highlights of our trip. The house itself is beautiful, tucked right in the heart of the old town, and Barbara was an exceptional host — friendly, attentive, and full of great local tips. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to the metro, trains, and ferries for exploring Naples and the nearby islands, plus countless fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommend!
