    The only shorts is the hot and water to room washroom. Especially the shower which seemed unable to maintain the set water temperature; fluctuating to cold and then extremely hot that can cause burns. This is dangerous

    Booked this hotel so we can easily walk to Madison Square Garden and watch our team. The location is convenient as it also has a subway station nearby. Good walking distance to Times Square too. The front desk staff are helpful and polite. They also serve hot breakfast in the morning. The only downside is that there are only 2 elevators and sometimes it’s a bit of a wait

    We had a very nice experience at Hampton Inn. Location was great. Staffs were very friendly, very prompt and helpful staffs whenever we need something. Breakfast in the morning was great as well. Highly recommended 👍🏻
