Good location, free parking, swimming pool and reasonable price. Yes the hotel is very dated but we were made to feel welcome, had clean presentable room with fresh ironed bedding and towels and a very good tasty breakfast to suit all tastes. We slept well and it was a good base to explore Geneva and Annecy without the unrealistic hotel prices you see in the cities.

The rooms are dirty and certainly in need of refurbishing, I will credit the pool as this was the only positive point of hotel , it’s definitely a 2 star hotel and that’s generous. If this what Expedia dish out I will look elsewhere in the future.

A very nice hotel, the pool area was nice and the room was spacey. The gym was also nice. There was a big supermarket just across the street and the bus into central Genève was very close by. There were some minor things not working in the room, but nothing major. We had a very good vacation here!

This is a really well-managed hotel/apartment. The apartment is super spacious, beds are super comfortable, balcony huge, and cupboards are well stocked with crockery and essentials, if you decide to prepare small meals/snacks. Breakfast is delicious, lots of choice and so many choices! Staff are so welcoming and very helpful. Front desk staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff all brilliant! I will definitely stay here again. It is also very close to carrefour supermarket (walking distance) and for Muslim guests, there’s halal restaurants to the left (3/4 mile) down from the hotel. There’s local parks too, and also Voltaires residence and statue in the square! It’s also 10 mins from Switzerland! Super practical and ideally located between both countries! We loved staying here! Thank you to everyone from Jahanara, Zak and Zain R.

The check-in was good, nice staff. But the room was disgusting. The beds had really big and brown marks on them, the floor had marks on them. The bathrooms was full of black mold. Would not recommend this to anyone!

This hasn’t been my first time in La Reserve but, unfortunately, might be the last one. It’s very well located and they keep it fairly clean but internet never worked (not even to read emails, forget about having a video conference or watch YouTube videos). Toilet malfunction (which we get it, it happens) but we had to beg to get a different room (afternoon switching rooms Internet kept being useless). Staff is friendly and they do their best but in Ferney there are few options for eat/drink and, on a Friday night, hotels bar was closed!

Good public transport connection to Geneva airport (bus 66) and Geneva center (bus 60). The 1-bedroom apartment was spacious and quiet, but maybe we were lucky to be on the backside of the hotel as the road in front is quite busy. The pool looked nice but nobody was using it early November. Breakfast was decent. The corridors of the hotel and the rooms look a bit dated, but everything is functional and it is clean.

I honestly wasn’t expecting a whole lot from our stay, we just needed a place to sleep for an early flight out of Geneva. We were so pleasantly surprised! The staff went above and beyond to help us with dinner options, pointing us to the small town a short walk away for a great restaurant. When we arrived back after dinner, we sat in the lobby bar and had drinks and visited with the bartender and the man from the front desk who checked us in and they were so fun and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable. Our last night in Europe was an unexpected delight because of our stay here. Thank you!

Very dirty rooms with spiders-webs in the corners, dirty bathtub and everything looked outdated, there was a chewing gum stuck in the carpet. Unfortunately the whole room smelled as if there was an Indian cooking before. Parking was limited but the friendly receptionist allowed us to park at the entrance. The employees are all very friendly and kind. Location is also close to the city and well connected.

This little hotel was amazing. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 children and it really felt homely. The food was great and the service was outstanding. Will deffo return 👌

This property would be perfect if it was better maintained. Obviously, staff supervision is lacking. The room that was initially given to me was small, uncomfortable (bed sagging), poorly cleaned, with appliances that did not work. A leak also developed in the bathroom, so I was transferred to better accommodations, but cleanliness was still not what it should have been for this category of property. Some staff are friendly and helpful, but some others should be better trained in handling the residence's guests. This property is overpriced in my view. The only good thing about it is the location near town (Ferney Voltaire), Geneva, and the Geneva Airport.

We had a room with a little kitchen with equipment to prepare food and a bath tub in the bathroom, so it was very nice. Also they have a pool, gym and hammam and grocery shops nearby too.
