The stay in the property was great and the family all enjoyed it.

The property is located in a very clean neighbourhood. The property has a welcoming environment and was very tidy. The property is located a few minutes walk from the public bus stop. Also very close to a large supermarket where you can get most items to purchase, like food, snacks and toys.

My slight concern about the property is the check in process. Which is done remotely by text message and this became a challenge when our access code in the message to the main entrance wasn’t working properly. So had to call the host. It finally got resolved.

Comfortable apartment, needs better preparation

The best thing is the location. It’s easy to get from there to Geneva, the bus stop is just 3 blocks away. The apartment is very spacious, very clean, and comfortable. One can rest very well there. It is also very quiet.

I didn’t like that there were no basic cooking essentials in the kitchen (salt, sugar, oil, etc.), and only one roll of toilet paper was provided. At least some basic items could have been supplied, since I assume every guest has to buy these every time they arrive. The host didn’t warn us that arriving on a Sunday (without a car) meant everything would be closed, and supermarkets are not nearby. Another downside was the check-in time, which is quite late at 5 PM. An earlier check-in would have been much more convenient.

Accommodation Location was very good

I was waiting outside 2-hrs with my family with the key to open the 2nd glass door entrance to the apartment. I was asking how to open that door to enter the flat, but the host never telling me to Tap the key chain with the black sensor, he is again & again telling me to put the code. After putting the code its not opening, even he is sending me message same to put the code. Luckily after 2-hrs one near by resident lady came & told me to tap the round lock on the sensor, then it open. As we are coming from out of France/Europe, they should message clearly in English with photos please. That Lady was also telling before me one family also faced with same problem. Even I called many times on their phone number, no reply from them. Its really very bad experience with this host. Even my Drawing room tv having issues, i messaged him many times, but nil help from him. As we are coming from outside, at least they should answer the phone, or else what is the use of phone number they are providing with mail & message .I was thinking to recommend my friends for this accommodation, but now its really a bad experience for me on booking.com.

Hotrible check in, not clean. Bad staff not responsive. Do not come.

The check in process was very bad and the staff is not responsive and booking.com customer service and they will call us back for a transfer and never called, it was raining and i had to stay 7 hours in the rain. Very bad

No responden a los mensajes

Puedes aparcar en frente de la casa.

Para empezar, cuando llegamos, no nos dijeron el piso y número de puerta y tuvimos que ir puerta por puerta probando a abrir. LO PEOR DE ESTE PISO ES QUE SI TIENES UN PROBLEMA, TE JODISTES, NO RESPONDEN AL TELÉFONO NI A LOS MENSAJES. El mayor problema para nosotros fué que nos encontramos las sábanas y las almohadas sin lavar: Olor corporal, muchos pelos, restos y manchas. Llamé y envié mensajes para que me den unas sabanas limpias y un montón de respuestas vacías. Al final, nos tuvimos que fastidiar, cubrimos las almohadas con toallas y dormimos sobre las mantas porque daba asco dormir en esas sábanas. Yo ví varios comentarios de que esta gente no respondían a los mensajes y me equivoqué al no hacer caso, os recomiendo que os vayais a otro sitio si podeis porque correis el peligro de pasarlo mal en esta casa.
