La situación. Lo amplio que es

L'appartamento è grande e confortevole. Trovate tutte le stoviglie necessarie per cucinare, due letti, un salotto ben arredato e un bagno con ben due lavandini. C'è anche un balcone che si affaccia sugli alberi, ottimo per la colazione. Il parcheggio è un ottimo plus di questo appartamento. La zona è strategica perché ci troviamo a confine con la Svizzera, per cui è un ottimo alloggio se si vuole risparmiare qualcosa e visitare comunque Ginevra. Vicino ci sono supermercati e mezzi pubblici (si può fare il biglietto direttamente sul bus). A soli 20 minuti a piedi c'è il castello di Voltaire - che consiglio di vedere - e in 30/40 minuti di bus si raggiunge Ginevra. Vi viene inviata una guida completa di come effettuare il check-in, leggetela bene e sfogliate tutte le pagine perché è spiegato nei minimi dettagli come accedere. Lo staff in ogni caso risponde subito e vi aiuta se avete bisogno, sono molto disponibili.

Devo essere onesta, nonostante lo staff sia stato molto gentile e disponibile in tutto. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la toilette non funzionante ed è stato riparato soltanto il giorno successivo. Contando che il nostro soggiorno era di soli 3 giorni (dove il check in alle 17, check out alle 11), non è stato piacevole per i bisogni primari. Il fatto che prima del nostro arrivo nessuno se ne sia accorto, mi ha fatto sospettare della pulizia corretta dei sanitari. In generale avrei preferito più attenzione nella pulizia e negli odori.

On the bigger side, plenty of room. Good location and handy to Geneva without the Geneva price. Local supermarkets nearby.

Recommend upgrade to the bathroom cleaning products.

Accommodation Location was very good

I was waiting outside 2-hrs with my family with the key to open the 2nd glass door entrance to the apartment. I was asking how to open that door to enter the flat, but the host never telling me to Tap the key chain with the black sensor, he is again & again telling me to put the code. After putting the code its not opening, even he is sending me message same to put the code. Luckily after 2-hrs one near by resident lady came & told me to tap the round lock on the sensor, then it open. As we are coming from out of France/Europe, they should message clearly in English with photos please. That Lady was also telling before me one family also faced with same problem. Even I called many times on their phone number, no reply from them. Its really very bad experience with this host. Even my Drawing room tv having issues, i messaged him many times, but nil help from him. As we are coming from outside, at least they should answer the phone, or else what is the use of phone number they are providing with mail & message .I was thinking to recommend my friends for this accommodation, but now its really a bad experience for me on booking.com.
