The apartment is in a great location and easy to find. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped and the staff were lovely. We will return without hesitation.

Excellent all round, why we book everytime we stay in London

The location is perfect particularly if you travel by public transportation. Easy access to tube, bus or Uber. The lodgings are new and high tech. Staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. Not a bit stuffy. Just friendly and helpful. We had a studio which was equipped but small. We were on a pre cruise 4 day visit so we had cruise luggage. the studio is designed to equip possibly 2 carryons. We had 2 full size with no place to open or storebut the floor. There is no closet and the only place to hang anything was 4 hooks in the kitchen by the door. Otherwise the bed was comfortable and the shower bathroom very nice considering the sink is in the main room. The view from our 8 floor room was very nice. The windows had electric shutters so easy to make room dark during day if wish. Area is safe with many of everything nearby. We 2 senior citizens felt comfortable walking to the hotel post theaterThere is no daily maid service which is not an issue for us. The kitchen has a small refrigerator , 2 burner stove and microwave. We used the kettle and Nespresso with the provided tea coffee and actual milk. The electricity is only on when the room is occupied but the a/c chilled the room quickly. So the only issue was the microwave clock would always reset to 12:00 and the iPad didn’t charge while out of the room. There are 2 usb ports and adequate electrical outlets. For the price for London for this location I would book again. My spouse would require larger room.
