I thought everything evening meal abs staff, bar and staff, breakfast and staff. Reception and staff and my room. Would of preferred ground or first floor next visit

Great location for Arena & theatre. Good parking on site. Very good breakfast, freshly cooked full English. Would definitely stay again.

From check in to check out the staff were amazing. Very helpful at all times. Lovely pool and gym & bar area. Rooms were clean and comfortable but need a little refresher & some updating, but it's an old building. Breakfast was pretty good apart from a cremated sausage & few minor issues. Overall a good selection of items to help yourself from plus a menu choice for cooked breakfast including kippers! Excellent hash browns! 😁
